In order to have a tire clearance problem you would have to have 
both a lot of sag and oversize tires. The correct size for your car 
are 165SR15s.

If the rear is sagging, too, this can be fixed by realigning the rear 
torsion bars. This is a LOT of work and not everyone will succeed. 
It is also possible that your car has been intensionally lowered by a 
previous owner. It's a whole lot easier to lower one of these than it 
is to put it back to spec.

It's also possible that one of your torsion bars is cracked and is 
about to break. This happens, but it is fairly rare.
