Well, it really doesn't have a "frame" so a lot depends on just what 
is bent. I generally figure that if the floor of the rear area is bent 
then the damage is too severe, but if the car is otherwise truly rust 
free it might still be worth it.

Keep in mind that rust free has little to do with what you can see 
by just walking around the car in the parking lot. You have to get 
under it and look in places like under the carpet and the back seat.

If the damage is just to the rear door and the panel under it, then 
that is pretty easy to fix. It should be easy to find a good door (I 
have several,) for example, and the lower panel can be fixed by a 
body shop.
