Does anyone think that high temp silicon, two new > gaskets and just one bolt hold everything in place here? I think you'll be disappointed until you get the old bolt out of there. What it really needs is to just get it hot enough, but that may be hard with the engine in the car. I've removed those bolts on other heat exchangers, but it really helps if it hasn't been broken off.
