	I'm sure there are many factors that combine to limit the engine's
top speed (both absolute and recommended).  I do know of one particular
threshold, and that is valve float.  For a given engine, if it's going too
fast, the valves will not have enough time to close before the cam asks
them to open again.  This leaves the combustion chamber "open" when it
should be sealed, and prevents the valve from cooling against the head.
