I haven't had the car that long, but I do know that I don't have any of that side to side play when I try to shake the rear axles. I was going to do a maintenance re-packing of the CVs this summer though. The sound comes up only when going uphill and the engine under pretty good load. Like 3rd gear, wide open throttle, med RPMs and 35mph.
