Toe-in is the fact that the two front wheels, when viewed from above, are closer to each other in front than in the rear, thus "toed in." Camber is the angle that the wheel makes with respect to the vertical when viewed from the front. Front wheel alignment is a complicated subject, but it is pretty well covered in the Bentley manual.
