 I was gonna add "except type 34s" but I figured I'd give someone a 
 chance to show me up. ;-)
 
 I don't think they were ever stock on any of the other body styles 
 since they do not appear in the fast/square/notch microfilm at all.

Well, my Type 34 has a repro tach on it. I wouldn't see spending $600 or so 
for a 
used T-34 tach. So I bought a newer one for about $85, as I recall. I had to 
get it professionally installed (meaning by someone who knew what he was 
doing). Otherwise, it's a pretty good tach.
