The Automatic script was on the other side of the the license. Check this picture. http://www.classicvw.org/rearview.jpg On my '71 Fastback, the VW script is above the license, then the Automatic script is right below this. There is nothing else. When I worked for the dealers back in the '60's and '70's we installed some dealer logo's that were installed just like the factory scripts. My '71 has one of these, but it is in the lower right corner of the rear deck lid. Where this dealer script went, was at the discretion of the the mechanic installing it.
