Is there an inspection in Norway where they check the VIN under the 
seat?  Friend of mine a few years back put his '59 body onto the pan of a 
'72 he'd scrapped.  In CA when you do a pan swap, you use the pan's VIN and 
register it as such, but uh .... he never got around to telling the DMV 
about the swap. <nudge><nudge>
