	That sounds good.  I would also add 'clean/gap spark plugs' and
'check/adjust fuel pressure' before thinking about touching the pressure
sensor.  These are additional parameters that can be adjusted with
certainty before you start tuning the pressure sensor.  Oh, and depending
on the year of your car, you may want to adjust the throttle position
switch.
