POR-15 is awesome. I used it on the floors and rear seat divider/support. Starting condition was crusty rust with pin holes, surface rust, and no rust with nice factory paint. The instructions suggested multiple coats, but it covered so well and looked so good I didn't bother. I used about 1/2 quart. I used a cheap 2" China brush, and put it on thick. For the first 5 minutes it looked crappy, with huge bristle texture. But then the beauty of this stuff is it settled in and layed down. It filled all the nooks and crannys, even the pin holes (put tape on the outside first). I used gloss black, and can still see it shining on the rear heater outlets.
