The chokes are both broken so at the moment I haven't hooked them up, but I
have them full open. The exhaust is very sooty, and if I rev it, I get a
small amount of black smoke, so I was thinking that it was too rich.
Just to clarify, does screwing the mixture screws in give more or less
air?
