They're using the same jigs, tools, patterns and materials as in the days, and they supplied VW of Australia then. I'd say they're actually better than NOS, since they're new. The tune of the description says "If you don't buy it now" there will be no more. Further it says "NOS" and "Vw Part # decal still on the box" It may have a part number decal or sticker but no VW logo. It also gives date of manufacture, not from the '60s Don't get me wrong I'm not disappointed with the item. Just the sales techniques.
