There is a company here in Des Moines, Iowa that used to do all of the 
warranty work on the Sapphire radios when I worked for the dealers. They are 
still in business.  Their phone number is 515-288-6324. Their name is Ford & 
Garland Auto Radio Inc. I highly recommend them. They should have all the 
schematic's for any Sapphire radio.
BTW, Most Sapphire radios were made by either Motorola or Bendix.
