Try some starter Fluid. You can get it at any car parts stores or most grocery stores. If the car fires with that, you need to check the fuel. If Fuel, You can always open the fuel ring and put the hose in a can. Then turn the key on and off a couple of times. This should pump some fuel out. If not you have a problem with the pump, relay or filter. If it pumps fuel put the fuel in a clear jar and let it sit for a while.
