They can be quite hard to get out. The best approach is to just leave them alone unless they are showing problems. As long as they stay clean and lubricated, and you do not mess them up trying to get them out, they are likely to be fine. Once you start to work on removing them you are committed and that is not always a good place to be with these bearings.
