Do them right away, do them cold, do them again after the first 25 
miles and again after 200 miles.

There's little difference. Use what you have or save the OE parts 
and buy type 3 J-Tubes.

You have to define "good" first. All aftermarket mufflers reduce your 
ground clearance.

Start small, save your money for things you KNOW you'll need.
