For some reason all cars sold in Sweden before 1967 were left hand drive. The only reason I can think of is that most cars sold in Sweden before WW2 were from USA and not avaliable in RHD. Some RHD 50:s and 60:s VW buses were sold in Sweden. The reason for that was that the loading doors should be on the left side and therefore stop children from running out into the street.
