I would particularly love to see a bevy of 341 convertibles on the road to almost anywhere. - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* Did you see Lee Hedges' fake convertible Type 34 in a recent issue of Hot Vw's? It didn't go into issues like the convertible top, but I suspect that would be enough for a complete article in itself. An ill-fitting deck lid was also a problem. But overall I liked Lee's convertible. I wonder what it would be like to install a Type 14 convertible top on a Type 34. I have one spare 1965 Type 34. I might try it in the future. I think that I would try a Type 14 convertible top. Has anyone tried the Type 14 convertible top on a Type 34? The Type 14 convertible top was relatively plentiful.
