Ralph- Sears has long pattern 10mm open end wrenches (MUCH cheaper than Mac or Snap-on) T3'r who had no fluid in lines-did you bench bleed (prime) the master before you installed it? If not you can use a "mity vac" unit to siphon brake fluid through the hydraulics... (It's a small hand pump that lets you bleed a system w/out help(even though the lines may be switched, they should still pump BF) It IS OK to set MC plunger travel using only the locknuts on the shaft-just make sure the pedal returns firmly on the stop bracket on the floor.(check bushings & bolts on the pedal cluster) Carrie-this is sort of an exotic item but if you have access to a "borescope" you can insert it into the heater vents & check out how bad the rust might be in the rocker panels....(toughest places on our cars to repair properly)(used one when we did our Rolls Royce/Delahaye restorations)(VERY cool!) I disagree about our Ebrakes-adjusted properly they will hold the car solid even on the steepest hills(it's not at all hard to do) Cheers.
