VMR Collector's Car price guide gives it $1800 - $2000.

It depends on the area, and the condition.
I am in the mid-west, and stopped and looked at a '74 Type 1 sitting with a
"For Sale" sign on it. They are asking $2500.00 for it. It has no radio,
(hole in the dash), the tires are about gone, the "C" pillars are rusted
completely through by the rear windows, and it has had major body work.
They probably won't get $2500 for it, but I bet they will get close to
$2000.
