Should bolt right on

Different bolt pattern between the early and late plates, but the four bolt
will work just like a three bolt. The pin is in the same location relative
to each other. Just use the one that fits the door post and the door
shouldn't notice the difference.

Those hinges probably are opposites in the the way the "tongue" and "forks"
are made. Look at the hinges where the pin goes thru them. See if the single
"tongue" is common to the door part of the hinge or the post part of the
hinge. If they are the same, they will interchange, if they are
not.....................
 '66 was the year of the change, so you may have either depending on when
and where it was manufactured and registered. My guess is they will be
opposites.
