[T3] Notchback doors - three bolt hinges

I know that door interchangeability was discussed some months ago.
However, I have a wrecked1972 notchback with the three-bolt doors.  Is
there anything to prevent me donating my good condition left door to a
friend who has an accident-damaged left door in his 1964 notchback??

The handles will be different but he can live with that.  Are the
striker plates and locks different, too?

Alternatively, I also have a good spare two-bolt left door from a 1966
squareback with the same style handle and lock etc as the 1964
notchback.  Can I knock out the hinge pins and exchange the two-bolt
hinge halves with the three-bolt hinge halves?
