See if you have dual oil pressure relief valves in the case. Anything after 1970 should have the dual relief valves. If you do, then you are basically OK. The case does not make any difference as to the fuel injection. If you have the 5 wire throttle switch, then you need the "E" control unit, and the matching pressure sensor. If you have the 4 wire throttle switch, you need the "C" or "D" control unit and its matching pressure sensor. "D" was just a minor improvement over the "C". They fixed a bug in the "C".
