Yes, even on beetles. So many of these important screws have 
been left out that most people don't know that they were supposed 
to be there. If you take things apart and look closely you will see 
where it should go. The screw is a sheet metal screw, and the nut 
is a Tinnerman nut that slips over a simple tab that sticks forward 
from the inside of the dash.
