Yes, with the double arrow circle, it is a factory rebuilt engine.

All engines were completely disassembled including all studs. The 2 case
halves were then trued and the mains and cam were rebored. If the mains
didnt clean up to standard, they were then bored oversize, and the thrust
surfaces were recut. They would use reground cranks, and new cams. Lifter
bores were resized if needed. I have seen these knurled to bring them back
to size. All lifters were new. All oil pumps were new. All rods were
completely rebuilt and resized. The cylinder mating surfaces on the case was
cleaned up. If the case was machine enough to effect the deck height, shims
were added between the cylinders and the case to bring it back to stock.
Cylinders were bored oversize, and over sized pistons were installed. The
oversize was in increments of .25mm up to 1mm over depending on the engine.
Most common was .50mm (.020"). Heads were rebuilt in many ways, welding,
remachined mating surfaces, including aluminum shims if too much needed to
be removed. New valve seats and guides were installed. Missing cooling fins
were welded back up. All spark plug holes were repaired. either with a steel
insert, or if they were too bad, they were machined out and an aluminum
insert was welded in. All exhaust studs were replaced, some with oversized
stepped studs. All valve were replaced with new. All new valve springs and
keepers. rocker arms were completely rebuilt, and all adjusters were new.
All new push rods. Flywheels were reground, and if needed, the starter teeth
were machined off and a ring gear was installed.

The did not put an engine number on the engine. Just the letter designation
to show the displacement. the dealer was supposed to stamp the owners
orignal on the engine.

Does that help???
