I've been getting it, too, and about the same number of times. The text reads: > Hi! How are you? > > I send you this file in order to have your advice > > See you later. Thanks There are also variations and spanish language versions of this. Then it includes a file which I have avoided executing because this looked like a dangerous thing to do. The total message size is about 211kB, which is VERY large for an internet email worm. If there is someone out there who has tried to run this but did not notice anything, then there is a possibility that your computer software is in the process of spewing out these messages to everyone it can find in your address book. Additional info can be found at the Symantec web site: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sircam.worm@m m.html Sorry, you'll have to paste the URL above back together. This site gives all the info you'll need to figure out if your computer has the worm. - Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ------------------------------------------------------------------- List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list or mailto:help@vwtype3.org
