This is all very true, but what is the point of justifying something as 
a cure for a mistake that could be rather easily corrected for free? 
My charge for straightening out a mis-installed dist drive gear would 
be a LOT less than to install a new electronic ignition system and 
a 009 dist (which is not a very good dist anyway.)
