ClintT=> How much of a power increase is there => going from a 1600 to 1641? I'd say you won't see much change from stock by simply replacing the pistons and cylinders. To take advantage of the additional displacement you'll need to move more fuel and air through them. It's a system. I like my 1641 a lot, but I've done a lot to it: 041 dual-port heads, rejetted carbs carefully tuned, flowed intake manifolds, ported exhaust, plus the 010 distributor for quicker advance.
