Now check the wires where the come out of the bottom of the steering column, and see if you have power there. If not, just keep going backwards up the wiring system to you find it. Check and see if you have any voltage at the fuse box. If not, see if you have it at the voltage regulator. Also check the wire that comes from the battery to the voltage regulator.
