That would explain all the extra chrome accessories on your car. The dealers
were notorious for adding these to the demo's. A cheep way to dress them up.
As for the emergency flasher switch, it got moved around a lot on those
cars. If there was a Stewart Warner gas heater installed, it got moved if it
was in the way. Or if the owner wanted a cigarette lighter installed, or a
CB radio, etc, It got moved.
