i was just perusing the owner's manual of my 67 fasty. in it there is a 'corrections' insert showing the dash with locations of the gauges marked. on it, the hazard switch is at the right of the steering column. this is consitent with the car. the 1st photo in the book shows it on the left. this seems to be the source of the confusion. i would find it easy to believe that insert page, being not attached, would be easy to loose. on another note, i found out that my car was a dealer demo. also, it was inspected at the 'Pete Lovely'dealership in Tacoma on 3-31-67. i was born there (Tacoma) only 4.5 months later!!! then, on 10-18-67, it was given its 6000 mile check up in Spokane, where it lived its life until last fall. -- Brian--\x/64 Notch & 67 Fastback http://www.geocities.com/menacefye/invasion.html Parma, Idaho: Home of the 2002 "Type 3 Invasion" Aug. 17th and 18th ------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe? mailto:type3-request@vwtype3.org, Subject: unsubscribe
