[T3] static timing. and moly paste

Hey everyone...
    Static timing is timing the engine when its not running, right?  how do 
you do this... turn it to TDC and make sure that the rotor is pointing in the 
right direction??

oh, and what is moly paste?  what would it say on the outside of the 
container?  and would this be available at my FLAPS??
