                    the quality of the boot differs because of the country
of origin, the current stock of available air bellows were made in
Volkswagen's of South America plant , that is also why the boot has the
superceded part number with the 311119665 " B " extension and the different
rubber texture, it is still an NOS part and we have found no trouble in
fitting them, that just shows Volkswagen did not stress German quality
control throughout all its manufacture facilities throughout the later
years,
