Really? I've never seen one and there's no mention of it in the 
Bosch service literature that I have. OTOH, they give a number of 
ECU substitutions that are possible if you are in a crunch, so I 
suppose that some of those might be from cars with the CO knob. 
It would take a lot of digging to figure this all out because they only 
go by Bosch number.

Does this mean that you adjusted the CO directly or that it just fell 
into line after you got everything else adjusted right?
