John and All Listees - I have come up against a piece of PayPal fine print. It seems PayPal has imposed a receiving limit of $100 per month for personal accounts like mine to receive payments from people's credit cards. Payments from a bank account linked to PayPal or from your existing PayPal balance do not count against this limit. It is only the credit card payments. I have reached this limit and can not receive additional payments from a credit card until Feb 15th. I can still get payments from a bank account or your PayPal balance. To lift this receiving limit I need to go to a premier account with PayPal. This would add a little over 2% to everyone's cost. Since a PayPal account is free and there is no cost to add money to your account and then send it to me from your PayPal balance, I would ask that people do this rather than me upgrade to the premier account. What do you all think? For now I am going to stick with the basic personal account unless I get an overwhelming response to upgrade and have you all pay the extra. Of course the early birds that already ordered would be exempt from the increase this time. <G> Later, John Jaranson '71 FI Auto Fasty (Jane) http://hometown.aol.com/jaransonT3 ------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe? mailto:type3-request@vwtype3.org, Subject: unsubscribe
