	You know, I think that here where it's not rusty, most of the Type
IIIs at large that I see have stock exhaust... many with headers, to be
sure, but more often than not they're stock.

	Yes, generally true... though, at midwest swap meets, I've seen
unused, stock Type III mufflers go from $13 - $50.  Of course, if you need
one "today," you'll probably have to pay much more; you can call Rocky
Mountain and pay and arm & a leg... A typical "on the street" price is
often around a hundred bucks, sometimes with tail pipe, sometimes without
-- and usually without the minor heat exchangers... YMMV
