Yes its there. Nearest X streeet is Armour, I dont know the name of the
street its on. If you exit Balboa off the 163 going south, go under the
bridge, left at the signal and BAM you are there. Cant miss it, you can see
it right off the freeway! If anyone gets lost my cell is (619)520-4067.
