Unscrew the bottom screw where the rear of the front fender (wing) fits - see if water pours out. There's sometimes rust and holes between the faces of the fender and body. It can come into the heater pipe - do you get a good blast of heat from that, or is it lost from the holes? It can also track forward from the back corner under the rear seat, but is more likely coming through the inner wall where the reinforcement panel on the outside keeps it damp (well, in the UK anyway!).
