I think he's saying he wants to buy a Porsche. :) On topic Inspiration: The square I drive now and am dumping boatloads of $$ into will be the car we keep for a long time. We bought it together when we were dating (she thought it was cute, I dug the factory roof rack). Now we'll be making more memories in it once we start heading off on all these planned road trips. Can't wait! It's gone from stock to: -2.3l, -sleepin extenders, -rattly popout (one) that will be reworked. The second goes in when I have figured it all out to be rattle/leak free. Planned: -New paint/interior/superexcellent sound deadening -center console -driving lights -Hella H4s with 100/80w -kick @$$ stereo -honkin' CB & GPS -dual battery -12v outlets throughout -fridge -towbar (just scored it) -Bn4 (needs to be refurbished) -cruise control -all the racks/Thule/Yakima you can imagine (with the goodies to boot) -a winning ticket for the lottery And to top it all off, this hot thang is gonna come with me when I move to Sweden. The car is coming, too. Imagine all the cool cross-Europe roadtrips it can go on! Stories to tell the kids! Heck, we may even end up making kids in it! ;-) (I was conceived in Germany on a vacation "away from the kids" after many beers -- they were driving a transporter). Maybe it will even make it to North Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe. Thank heavens for the 5 weeks vacation in Sweden! Make the fasty your vessel to carry all those memories in ... Keep it and make it excellent. But by all means, use it!
