No, I could be wrong but I don't think that's it. I'm pretty sure it's
an older door, you can tell by the finger depression behind the door
handle. You're assuming the hole in the door was an attempt to install a
lock, which it might be, but it might also just be a hole in the door as
Jim had first assumed. Or maybe someone made a pathetic attempt at
retrofitting a lock and got the position wrong...I've seen stranger
things.
