Yes, they are the same front and rear. The plates on fastys and SBs mount to the deck lid under a light housing that is moved up compared to a notch, the light is at the bottom of a notch deck lid. The consensus appears to be the two 6 mm holes with the same spacing as the front and in the same location relative to the bumper on the rear apron. Another one of those design and execution differences unique to the notch. The picture was of the piece I got from RMMW, only one pair of mounting holes but it would still be placing a U.S. plate at the correct location on a notch.
