[T3] Air getting in???

<x-flowed>okay guys.. odd question.. i have a 1970 T-III Fasty. on the fresh air vents 
on the dash. okay i closed them all the way.. is some air supposed to be 
coming in even while they are closed?? it seems to kind of defeat the heater 
if air comes in here. odd? any ideas?? and does anyone know where i can get 
replacement hoses for the air vents?? Please let me know.. maybe just the 
measurements?? and maybe how to fix the air coming in??
