<x-charset iso-8859-1>Hi, I saw a TV program on this once. It was on the History Channel, part of a series called (I think) "Automobiles". Each part was about a different manufacturer. Chevrolet certainly had an experimental fuel injection system in the mid-fifties. There was an interview on this program with one of the engineers that designed the engine. Apparently the system was so experimental that it was different from car to car. I seem to remember that they said they couldn't really get it to work properly and they dropped it in the end. The film showed it installed not in a Corvette, but some other model - a big ugly '50s American sedan.
