I ship alot of cars to alot of places, and I can tell yo that running or not does
matter. Some shippers won't take a non running vehicle. As for $500 cross
country, that's pretty cheap. I've sent 4 cars in the last 6 months from
California to various states East of the Mississippi none of them went for less
than $700. Your best bet is to look in the yellow pages and call around. I now
have a "regular" shipper that I use. Because he knows me and he knows I'll keep
doing business with him if he takes care of me I can call him and say so and os
will do it for $XXX and he always beats that price by at least $50 sometimes
more.........
