While the extra 100k is not insignificant, in my mind mileage takes a back seat to body condition. Rust is the hardest and most expensive thing to fix, and it can NEVER be redone completely right. If the car is rust free (not just good looking on the outside) then I wouldn't worry about the extra mileage. You'll probably be doing an engine rebuild anyway and the brakes will need a complete going over. The only question would be the transmission, and these trannys are very durable. So stick with the condition.
