Hi people, I have an engine with Type 1 tinware, with a Sharpbuilt fibreglass fan shroud and an 11-blade porsche fan blowing air through to keep it cool. Engine is a 2275, with the works and then some. I am about to customise some metal work to seal the engine bay, hot air below, cool air above. I have a heat issue, and it seems to be related to not sealing it through yet. (Engine only has about 3 hours running all up.) Lots of controlled testing. Anyone tried this customisation, and have any tricks available?
