Curious -- I just checked my digest subscription account, and mine seem to also have gone from 500 to 502. The folks who run the server seem to have rebooted it a bunch of times in the last couple of days -- very odd. Perhaps one of these coincided with the sending of digest 501... You can always see the last week's messages via a link at http://vwtype3.org/list/ to catch whatever may have been missed.
