And are they still clean now?  You might be running real rich right now, and the plugs can help tell if the problem is just 1 or 2 cyls or all of them together.

But I wonder if anything is leaky now that you have wired up things with the new parts.  I'd look real closely at the cold start valve.  Maybe just disconnect it altogether like Jim suggests.

Do you have another one to try?  You want to make sure the pressure sensor and ECU are matched (of the same generation).

It's probably not the ECU.  (But even though everyody says they rarely go out, I had trouble earlier this year with TWO bad ECUs, although I didn't have your symptoms).
