There should be a couple rubber mounts that go between the bracket on the pump and the axle. This is to help eliminate noise from the pump. These are available from several sources. I got mine from a company called McMaster-Carr. And as Jim said, your best bet on the relays and wiring, is to take one off in a salvage yard. Take a notebook with you so you can make notes as to how it was installed.
